i appreciated the proximity to transport links, enabling easy access to key attractions. The staff were helpful and solved promptly a problem with the safe. breakfast offered a good variety and was constantly replenished. the daily cleaning service was efficient.
the elevator was slow, causing short delays during peak hours.

clean rooms friendly staff good service
the rooms was super clean. staff was very friendly at breakfast. gulten was serving breakfast and she give very good service to me. at reception zoha was also kind.
the shower water was warm. it was not hot.

attentive staff friendly service dining recommendations
The staff was super attentive and respectful. I especially appreciated Zoha, Furkan and Metin. They were very friendly and helpful with everything from directions to dining recommendations. They ensured I was happy and comfortable daily.
I noticed that the suite needed a bit more maintenance. Some minor repairs could enhance the overall experience .

The hotel's staff were genuinely kind! Zoha, Hilal, Umut, and Yunus were amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer. From my arrival I was greeted by friendly staff. They were really nice, to ensure my stay was perfect.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues . The bed felt hard. I found it uncomfortable. The curtains did not block the light properly, so the room was very bright in the mornings. I found a broken soap dispenser in the shower.

helpful staff amazing location extended stay
The staff were very kind. i really got good help from hilal and umit, they really helped a lot. we even extended our stay. The location is amazing, very near everything i wanted to visit.
the breakfast was a little limited in options.
